I used mine on 17" Armex Trueflight aluminium crossbow rifle bolts. Had fun keeping them tight fitting. So I used a radio control modling 'locktite' semi glue to hold them in tight as It does 'jar' when hitting bone. I 'hunted' with some fresh chops (eaten later). No loosening after the glue. I might have been too close with the 150lb cross bow. It would be better with a less powerfull Xbow at a close distance so it depends on how far you are from your target. Only four stars because I cut my finger with them on a withdraw LOL. As for delivery et-al I agree with the above post. They are a little fiddly to get back together as all 3 blades need to be in place when the knurled nut is retightened, but a little help from gravity overcomes this. I haven't tested them yet (and obviously can't use them for hunting in the UK) but I'm sure they'll perform well. « Back |
