Great for the price. blade is tougher then i thought it would be and it is also fairly sharp from the box. Downsides are it only small, but this does make it a good back-up knife, and the handle is uncomfortable and small. However you do get a bit of cord with it (wrapped around for handle) and a fairly decent sheif

Very speedy delivery and good service. The blade is strong and sharp, however the handle is a bit small

I bought this as an experiment. I wondered just how bad could a £3 knife be. The answer is unclear. What you have here is a 1/3 tang blank with no handle. Instead of fitting a handle, for some reason, they decided to tie some green cord around it instead. This may have worked if it was a full tang blade and if they had used better cord but it fails to act as a proper handle. I'll make this bit clearer for everyone "the tang is not long enough to be considered a handle in it's own right, an actually handle of wood or plastic needs to be fitted" The blade is not too bad, it has a strange saw back type of thing coming from the tip along the back. I am unsure what this could be useful for but its there nonetheless. It's sharp, it even comes sharp and is not too bad to sharpen yourself so it wins points there. I have made my own handle for it and i basically have a half decent knife now for £3 plus half a day of carving (with a better knife) to make and fit the handle. I would recommend this to someone looking for a project knife because £3 for a blank is pretty good value. The sheath is not too bad either. For £3 you cant go wrong if your looking for a project knife to improve on. If your looking for a primary knife that you can actually use then move along, this is not it!
