After losing his knife John Rambo had to forge a new one .

This machete / knife has been made to look handmade with a rough hammered finish .

measures 18" (460mm) overall length

and 13" (330mm) blade length

Comes with suede belt sheath

The term "Rambo" is only used in the description of this knife as the same design is featured in the Movie Rambo IV .

It is not intended to imply buying this knife will turn you into John Rambo !!

Rambo machete!! its brilliant, i love it, looks great on my wall (my wife wouldnt agree though) worth every penny!

A BRUTE! Tough,thick,heavy and GORGEOUS to sharpen,I'm guessing they used 1045 spring steel for authenticity(Rambo used a truck leaf spring to forge a hasty,reliable weapon in the film)as the edge holding is good.The best bit for me is the power hammer strike marks all over it,indicating it was forged into it's profile not ground out.Also the black is from the quench/heat treatment not painted. For performance I have been using this animal for weeks now and CANNOT find a weakness...serious guys.. I want another!!This can butcher wood,feather sticks,cut notches,split 5" logs(!!!) and as I'm handy in the workshop and slightly reprofiled the front edge I even gutted a trout,it was a big fish but this hunk of steel did it.The handle material it starting to wear but the look is so cool with it.the sheath is getting a bit tired but it's had an absolute hammering. I have had some dramatic failures with some products very quickly,check my other reviews,I have blades from many big name companies and use cheap machetes to three figure blades...this one though is an UTTERLY dependable tool,,if you hang it on a wall you are missing out on some awesome fun! To blades and bows....Gold Medal guys..

Scott is right, took it off the wall and used the machete in the garden, made short work of a massive bush in my garden ive been meaning to chop down for a while now. i recommend this item.
