Handmade folded Samurai katana

Specs :

Folded high carbon steel blade

Full tang and fully stripable

Real rayskin with cotton wrap on the tsuka (handle)

Double pegged tang  

Laquered wood saya (sheath)

The overall length of the katana sheathed is approx 41" (1040mm)

The blade length is approx 28 3/4" (730mm)

The Tsuka (handle) measures approx  10 1/2" (275mm)

and the katana weighs approx  1.03 kg unsheathed

and approx 1.2 kg unsheathed

Excellent Katana . I have seen the exact same sword sold under the name "antique bamboo katana" on two other sword sites and it was £199 . The blade is totaly stuning (you guys really need to get a picture up of the blade) Whether your a martial artist or just a collector you wont be disappointed with this sword . Looks stunning, feels awesome . The service provided by blades and bows is possibly one of the best on the internet . I did my order by phone quite late in the day and was told the courier was due to arrive any time but they would do their best to get it out that day if possible . True to their word I got a despatch email an hour later and my parcel turned up before dinner next day . I can only give 5 stars but wish I could give 10 I am so happy .

An absolutely beautiful peaice of craftmanship. has a good weight to it and feels good to wield. would highly recomend to anyone looking for an eyecatching display. have been a blades and bows customer and have never been let down by thier service. thanks.
